VR Painting with Tilt Brush! Uau!
There are just so many things that can be done with this, it’s ridiculous, I love it. I am in love with this.
- First, I would draw a lot of snow.
- Then, I would draw a tauntaun.

VR Painting with Tilt Brush! Uau!
There are just so many things that can be done with this, it’s ridiculous, I love it. I am in love with this.
This is a short motion graphics video, by Petco on adopting. I think the infographics are done really well!
I just remembered that I watched this Crash Course video when taking Environmental Science in Fall 2014 – and that the popup text during a topic change worked pretty well to grab my attention.
Have some sea butterflies!
And a video on ocean acidification-
I was happy to find these videos! They both make use of motion graphics to briefly explain fracking. The second video just touches on the relationship between fracking and earthquakes. This is an important issue lately in the U.S. – especially with proposals for new pipelines in order to transport the extracted natural gas.
These are clips from two of Don Hertzfeldt’s films. I was reminded of them when watching the hypercubist manifesto. Often, multiple events are taking place at once.
This is a documentary I watched for a sociology course –
Using desmos, I used the functions:
x = [R+scos(1/2t)]cost
y = [R+scos(1/2t)]sint
z = ssin(1/2t),
in the equation: -R^2y+x^2y+y^3-2Rxz-2x^2z-2y^2z+yz^2=0
So click on the image and check out how the intersection moves (press play for t, or else it’s no fun)!
Note: it is highly unlikely that I graphed it 100% correctly.
Someone made this cubist Samus! I see the resemblance.
Photoshop for forensics! This was to match firing pin marks and breech faces on cartridges.
